While LARC's primary funding is generated through the State of Illinois, Department of Human Services, in order to continue to provide the highest quality of care to those we serve, we look to the generosity of our supporters.
We offer a variety of fundraising events throughout the year, we also welcome and accept donations in memory of loved ones and in honor of the accomplishments of those we care for as well as general donations in support of the work we do. LARC provides day training, employment opportunities, and residential homes to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our programs and supports enhance the lives of over 100 individuals with developmental disabilities. We hope that as you consider where to direct your charitable giving, you will think of us. Donations don't always have to come in the form of money. One of the best and simplest things you can do is give your time and talents. Whether you’d like to give your time on an ongoing basis or short-term, there are many ways you can volunteer at our facility or during one of our annual events such as the Appreciation Dinner, Golf Outing or Fall Feast. Are you able to teach a cooking or sewing class? Can you assist clients in getting into and around the facility? Do you have any special skills you'd like to share?.
